Technology Program

This program is for those willing to gain in-depth knowledge of their current skills or looking to learn new skills and become more well-rounded technologists. Under this program, we have designed multiple learning paths to keep the learning easy, engaging, and apt. The best part is it offers bite-sized learning modules that are concise and provide structured information on the topics.

We rolled out multiple learning tracks such as Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Full Stack Engineering, Business & Data Analytics, and Quality Engineering to name a few. Our Learning Advocates (LA) collaborated with our partners AWS, GCP, and Azure to come up with a list of courses and designed structured skill-acquisition levels.

Leadership Program

This track is for those willing to expand their sphere of influence and take up leadership roles. It will help one achieve the necessary skills and become effective leaders who can foster engaged, productive teams and drive greater results by maximizing business impact.

There are two delivery modes for the leadership training series.

Classroom mode

To ensure our leads get the best coaching we have partnered with external leadership coaches. These coaches mentor and groom our leads to be even more effective in their roles. We have worked with them to come up with tailor-made courses that will best suit our work environment.

This training focuses on group learning, working collaboratively, and learning different skills deemed important in the journey a-head. We also organize internal training sessions with our senior management and leadership team.

Self-paced Online Learning

Learners can enroll themselves in multiple courses on leading e-learning platforms and broaden their horizon.
